With over 28 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist and business owner, I've dedicated my career to helping people feel their best-body, mind, and spirit. My passion for health and wellness began with a simple desire to make a difference in people's lives, and over nearly 3 decades, that passion has only grown stronger.
As both a therapist and a mom, I understand how important it is to balance care, compassion, and healing touch. Whether you're managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, or simply seeking stress relief, my goal is to create a safe, personalized space where your body can restore and rejuvenate.

She has mastered skills in many modalities including trigger point therapy, deep tissue, and gua sha. Finding peace and balance through massage has always been her passion.

I am a certified Clinical, Transpersonal, and Interpersonal Hypnotherapist, as well as a Sound Bowl Therapy practitioner. I have nearly two decades of experience in hypnosis, hypnotherapy, and leadership, and am on MUFON's experiencer resource team provider network and referral list. I've dedicated my career to helping people create lasting and positive change in all aspects of their lives; mentally, physically, spiritually, and metaphysically.
Having a Master of Science in Metaphysics supports my passion for helping others in practical and spiritual manners. My love of teaching and mentorship has led me to roles such as being the Vice President of Raha Hypnotheraoy Clinic in addition to maintaining my private hypnotherapy practice in the Tampa Bay area since 2012.
Through my work, I aim to empower individuals to tap into their inner potential and transform their lives, whether they are private clients or fellow practitioners.
